Fondant Cakes

These are just two of my fondant cakes that I have done. Just some fun :)

Happy Valentines Day Cake

Company Birthday cake. Very plain but for many people in the office. Another cake accompanied this one with names on it for every birthday that month.

Cookie Monster

Now this was a fun cake! I did this for a daughter of a woman I work with. The main reason I did this was because I knew it would be fun! As soon as I finished this cake I had a huge smile on my face. Who doesn't love Cookie Monster? There was a bag of chocolate cookies provided as well to surround the cake when it was ready to be presented.

Some of my cakes :)

This particular birthday cake was done for a sweet 16 and is called a tropical cake. It was three layers- Lime, Strawberry and Lemon. I would be lying if I said that I thought this cake was going to be good but I do what the client wants. To this day, this is my most talked about cake. I have been told the flavors were amazing! I did a whipped cream frosting which is my personal favorite, light but yummy!

Little Mermaid cake for an amazing little girl!! This was actually my first layered cake. I was happy with the results but I have improved my skills a lot since then!

Sweet Tinkerbell! One of my most favorite to create. It was all butter cream except the flowers were done in fondant. It was a challenge but so much fun! To see the look on Chole's face when she saw what her Aunt Chelle created for her way priceless and made all the work worth it!

Who doesn't remember this book! I was so thrilled to be able to make this "smash cake" for a sweet 1 year old :) She had so much fun tearing into this and I have even more fun creating it :)

This was the head of the "A Very Hungry Caterpillar" cake. Tori made the cupcake body and this was for the adults of the party. This brought me back to my childhood!

Football Cake- Happy Birthday Ryan

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to make a cake for my Nephew, Ryan. It was his 3rd birthday party and I was absolutely thrilled when his mom, my best friend, asked me to make the cake for him. He is not much of a talker but he is getting there so when he told me is was a cute cake, what more could I ask for. When he saw his cake he was all smiles and started to clap! I love this little boy and making him happy is all I can ask for. To this day I am so shocked that I am able to make cakes for people and put a smile on their face for their happy day.

Happy 3rd Birthday Ryan!!
